1918 Influenza Pandemic
The 1918 Influenza Pandemic, or “Spanish Flu”, lasted from 1918-1920, and killed about 25% of the world’s population. There are interesting comparisons between the 1918 Pandemic and the current 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic. The direct impact of the 1918 influenza on the TeSelle family worldwide has not been well-documented, but there is anecdotal evidence that some family members may have died as a result.
